Ngā wāhine kaipakihi: He tirohanga

A suffrage-tinged version of the traditional celebration of the poet’s birthday. Renowned columnist Lisa Scott will speak on Burns and the Rights of Woman. Donna Young will deliver the Address to the Haggis. Tickets on sale at Toitu.

The exhibition Te Kōpū by painter Natasha Keating and weaver Bethany Matai Edmunds presents new works that use metaphor to refer variously to concepts of dawn, dusk and female ancestry. Exhibition hours are M-F 9-5pm, Sa 10-4pm.
