Published Official Information Act requests

We are strengthening access to official information by publishing responses to Official Information Act (OIA) requests of public interest.

Statistics on the Ministry’s processing of official information requests are regularly published by Te Kawa Mataaho, Public Service Commission. The Ministry also provides information on its processing of official information requests as part of its annual Estimates for Vote Women responses and in its regular quarterly reports. In the documents released below, some content would not be appropriate to release and, if requested, would be withheld under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). In this case, unless another section has been indicated, redactions made would apply under s9(2)(a) of the Act. Where information has been withheld, no public interest has been identified that would outweigh the reasons for withholding it.
