This three day face to face course draws on theory, practice, and the collective knowledge of the participants to explore the foundational aspects of governance - governance, strategy and finance.

The aim of this practical workshop is to show how to analyse the performance of an organisation using the financial statements and to gain confidence to challenge financial reports and ask the right questions at board meetings.
