The Ministry’s written responses to Parliament’s Social Services and Community Committee (SSCC), such as responding to the annual Estimates for Vote Women questions, are published on the Parliament website (filter for items submitted to the SSCC, and use other filters as appropriate for your search).  For example, the Ministry’s response to the standard Estimates questionnaire for 2020/21 and the supplementary standard Estimates questions 1-136, also for 2020/21.
