This three day face to face course draws on theory, practice, and the collective knowledge of the participants to explore the foundational aspects of governance - governance, strategy and finance.
It is a challenging and rewarding learning experience that will consolidate your understanding of the role of the director and the board.
The modules are delivered over three days by experienced facilitators with director experience, who will share their own real world experiences to aid your learning. Each module includes a mix of presentations, discussions, case studies and simulated situations. You will meet and network with peers across sectors.
